Pre-Harvest Inspections & Preventive Maintenance
We inspect winery equipment before harvest and identify electrical, controls and mechanical issues that could cause downtime. Our mechanical checks can include bearings, drives, belts, chains, lubrication points, and other wear components, along with electrical panels, motors, sensors, safety devices, and controls.
Harvest Breakdowns & Troubleshooting Support
When equipment stops during harvest, our team can troubleshoot electrical faults, PLC and HMI issues, sensors, motors, VFDs, control panels, and mechanical problems. With electrical, automation, and mechanical capability available through one service team, we can work toward the source of the problem without unnecessary handoffs.
Repairs, Upgrades & Installations
We repair and upgrade existing winery equipment, install new and used machinery, complete electrical and controls work, and assist with commissioning and startup. We can also help bring imported or relocated equipment up to applicable Canadian electrical requirements.
